Wonderful product, wonderful price. I purchased two of these, one for me and one for my mom and she loves hers as well. It cooks just like a cast iron skillet (cast iron skillets cooks food evenly) and it is small enough to fit in my toaster over (asa convention oven) perfectly. I cook cornbread, brownies, steaks, egges, pancakes, sauteed veggies, and much more. I love it. Clean-up is a breeze, thanks to the enamel I don’t have to season the skillet like you have to do with traditional cast iron skillets. I love my skillet. I am looking at getting the 12″ pretty soon, I hesitate because I already have a 12″ that works great, it just isn’t enamel. The enamel makes for less of a chore. I would also like to note that the shipping was really fast.
pretty and durable – lovestoread –
I was very happy to have found this skillet. Not only is it really pretty, but it cooks like a dream. I love to cook with cast iron, but after using the 12 inch enamel coated cast iron skillet that I got with this one, it will be hard to ever go back to plain cast iron. It was easy to clean, the food did not stick at all and no seasoning required. I’m ordering a stew pot and casserole dish that is enamel coated cast iron. I will still keep the cast iron I have now, but these will be the everyday cookware from here on out.
The seller’s also had great customer serive. They sent email confirmations, order status and updates, and tracking numbers when they shipped and the skillets came quickly with Fed Ex. Very reliable seller.
Not that great – R. A. Lamar – Jacksonville, FL
If I had to do over again I would pay for a name brand pan. The enamel has already started to chip on the bottom and I have only had it for a year.
Don’t bother – P. Johnston – Idaho
Loved the skillet until, cooking bacon, a big chunk of the enamel popped off scattering bits of enamel all over my kitchen, which left the skillet unusable, and a mess to clean up.
