This 7-inch Skillet is part of the Berndes Specialty Pan series of spun and drawn aluminum cookware. Crafting cookware this way produces an exceptionally sturdy yet lightweight skillet. With three nonstick interior layers and two nonstick exterior layers, the pan is ideal for low fat cooking and delicate foods. Food will never stick or burn, and cleanup is a piece of cake.
